Uploading Files to FTP

After the status of the uploaded playblast has changed to Approved (which means that the shot is accepted), you need to upload the . ma file with the full name (Episode_XX_Scene_XXX) to FTP.
In order to upload Maya files, you have a special working folder work, exactly the same folder is on the FTP server.
With Wizart Desktop, it is completely duplicated in both directions, you can delete files locally or add them to this folder and they will be uploaded to the FTP server.

Important

Please do not store any other files in the work folder, it is only used for . ma files! You also don't need to create subfolders for episodes or for each scene.

So that you can see what is happening with your FTP folder, Wizart Desktop has a special area called the Work Area. It shows the contents of the work folder.

Вы можете, используя Drag&Drop, перетащить файл в Work Area и он выгрузится на FTP.

Также вы можете, используя Drag&Drop, перетаскивать одновременно несколько файлов.

Если нажать кнопку Open Folder in Explorer, то откроется локальная папка work в стандартном Windows Explorer.
Вы можете добавить файлы туда, Wizart Desktop будет следить за изменениями в этой папке, и активировать синхронизацию.
Вы можете воспользоваться этой функцией, чтобы копировать файлы на выгрузку любым, удобным для вас, способом, например, через Total Commander.

Если вы не уверены, что ваши файлы были синхронизированы, например, если вы выключали Wizart Desktop, то вы можете вручную выгрузить их, нажав кнопку Data Sync => Data Sync Upload.

Вы всегда можете удалить файлы, используя контекстное меню, либо любым другим способом из папки work (например, через Windows Explorer).

Важно

Обратите внимание, что это также удалит файлы на FTP !
