How to download resources

1. Click - Data Sync-Data Sync Download. If the login and password are entered correctly, the files will start downloading.

2. Wait for the download process to finish, it usually takes about 10-15 minutes. You can see the download progress on the progress bar in Wizart Desktop.

3. When the download is complete, you will find all the resources you need to work inside the projects folder.
You will use the work folder to upload the .ma files of the approved shots to us.
We use the extra folder when we need to upload non-standard files to you, for example, a video comment from a director.

4. Simultaneously with the first download of the files, the configuration for the current project will be downloaded to your computer and the project icon will appear in the Apps tab.

Alternative download method

For users who have problems accessing our FTP, we have added an alternative download method via Amazon S3.
To use this method, you need to first contact support to make sure that the problem is with access to the server, and get new access data.

Your need to get this data from your animation coordinator:

S3 Bucket Name	Resource name
S3 Bucket Region	Resource Region

Turn on S3 mode

To turn on this mode, in Wizart Desktop go to Settings dialog.

В этом окне включите галочку S3 Sync и ниже введите S3 Bucket Name и выберите из списка S3 Bucket Region`

Ввести данные доступа к S3

Во вкладке Actions, нажмите кнопку Set Data Sync Login/Password.

Введите username, а также AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID и AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
