Here we have listed the answers to the most frequently asked questions for you:

• We only use the English audio track when animating, you won't need to make multiple lip-sync variations, only English!
• Yes, there is a picker for our rigs.
• No, we do not provide a license for Maya.
• You only need to work in 2018 Maya, update 5 or higher, in other versions of the program or without the necessary update, our rigs will not work correctly.
• We do not pay taxes for you (except when we transfer the payment to an individual in the Russian Federation), you must pay your taxes yourself in accordance with the tax code of your country.
• At the moment, we only support the Windows system, for Mac, our software is under development.
• We usually assign several shots at once to work with an amount of 5 seconds or more, so that you can plan your own workload.
• The deadline is calculated from the estimated speed of work (on the TV series, this is a second of animation per day, on a full-length project, a second in two days).
• We are flexible and ready to assign you the amount of work that will be comfortable for you (both less and more than the norm).
• We do not enter into a ready-made contract for work, we have an agreement to work on the current project, you can combine and work with us on several projects at once (as long as this does not compromise the deadline).
• No, we do not have monthly, weekly or quarterly payments. The speed of receiving payment directly depends on your speed of work.
• After all your shots from one episode are approved, and the .ma files are received and verified, your coordinator fills in a table for you with the calculation of the amount and sends it to you.
  

You fill out an invoice for a bank transfer or issue it via PayPal, if your invoice is issued correctly, your payment will be transferred in two to three weeks from the date of receipt of the invoice.
