If you find that your scene is missing a character or item, write to support.
The necessary asset will be added to the anim_prep of this scene and uploaded to you.
You only need to download the resources and re-open the scene in which you worked, the necessary asset will appear there by itself!

Important

Do not add assets to the scene manually, even if you have the necessary file on your computer! This will break the paths and this file will not run correctly on the studio.
